Design Challenge

Curtain Wall System
BIPV photovoltaic integrated curtain wall, high-performance stick energy-saving glass curtain wall, shading integrated curtain wall system
Main Materials
Four-glass two-cavity Low-E insulated energy-saving glass, photovoltaic modules, thermal-break aluminum alloy profile, weather-resistant low thermal conductivity structural sealant, thermal-break hardware
Performance
Comply with GB/T 21086, meet strict thermal indicators of nearly zero energy buildings, high air tightness and low heat transfer coefficient, qualified wind resistance, water tightness and sound insulation
Construction Technology
Integrated design of BIM energy simulation and curtain wall detailed drawing, optimize joint structure via thermal bridge analysis; factory prefabrication of precast components, on-site assembly and strict airtightness control of enclosure

Engineering Solution

  1. The combination of BIPV photovoltaic and high-performance energy-saving curtain wall achieves dual goals of power generation and ultra-low energy consumption, providing engineering practice samples for enclosure of nearly zero energy buildings
  2. BIM energy simulation and thermal bridge joint optimization greatly reduce heat transfer loss of curtain wall and improve air tightness, overcoming energy-saving weaknesses of conventional curtain wall
  3. Curtain wall integrated external shading system passively reduces solar radiation and air-conditioning load, improving comfort of scientific research and office space
  4. Prefabricated construction mode reduces construction waste. As a national carrier for building energy conservation popularization, it guides the promotion of green and low-carbon building technologies
