Closed. Tilt. Turn.

One window, three states, selected by the position of a single handle. Handle down, the sash is closed and locked at several points around the frame. Handle up, the top of the sash tilts inward on a bottom pivot for background ventilation. Handle horizontal, the sash swings inward like a door for a full opening and for cleaning the outer pane from inside.

One handle. Two modes.

The HOPPE Austin lever sits on the interior face of the sash. Its three positions select closed, tilt and turn; the multi-point gear behind it moves the locking points around the whole sash so the seals are compressed evenly.
