Design Challenge

Curtain Wall System
Unitized glass curtain wall, partial stick curtain wall, decorative moulding system
Main Materials
Double-silver Low-E insulated tempered glass, fluorocarbon coated aluminum alloy profile, weather-resistant structural sealant, anti-corrosion hardware
Performance
Comply with GB/T 21086, meet requirements of high wind resistance, water & air tightness, salt spray corrosion resistance and thermal insulation for coastal environment
Construction Technology
BIM 3D modeling for curtain wall detailed design, optimize panels and nodes for strong typhoon coastal environment; prefabricated unit components, hoisting installation on site with strict precision control

Engineering Solution

  1. The unitized curtain wall system adapts to Hainan coastal climate with typhoon and heavy salt spray, improves facade durability and reduces later maintenance cost
  2. Whole-process BIM detailed design efficiently handles complex nodes such as vertical finishing and tower corners, ensuring construction quality of super high-rise curtain wall
  3. High-performance Low-E glass enclosure effectively cuts solar radiation in tropical areas, balancing energy saving and landscape view for office space
  4. Simple and transparent silver-gray facade integrates with Haikou Bay and Wanlvyuan landscape, forming Grade A office landmark along Haikou Binhai Avenue
