Shenzhen China Merchants Headquarters

A slender corporate headquarters tower clad in a refined unitized envelope engineered for a sub-tropical, typhoon-prone coastal climate. Located in Shenzhen Bay, the tower serves as the headquarters of China Merchants Group. Baoye Facade completed the facade design and installation works.

Created a landmark corporate headquarters in Shenzhen Bay, the slender and upright unitized facade features strong visual recognition.
The curtain wall system is verified under typhoon-grade loads, fully adapted to the subtropical typhoon-prone coastal climate of Shenzhen.
Unit prefabrication greatly improves on-site construction efficiency and guarantees high-quality facade finish.
