Design Challenge

Curtain Wall System
Special-shaped curved framed curtain wall, aluminum panel curtain wall, curved glass curtain wall
Main Materials
Double-silver Low-E curved tempered glass, marine corrosion-resistant fluorocarbon aluminum panel, high anti-corrosion aluminum alloy profile
Performance
Comply with GB/T 21086, enhanced salt spray resistance, water tightness and wind pressure resistance for coastal environment
Construction Technology
BIM parametric modeling for curved surface, digital prefabrication of components, segmented assembly installation

Engineering Solution

  1. Parametric curved curtain wall perfectly realizes streamlined shape, becoming coastal cultural landmark of Sea World
  2. High anti-corrosion material system resists coastal salt spray, extends service life and reduces maintenance cost
  3. BIM parametric technology solves precision challenges of special-shaped curved surface, controls component tolerance and ensures construction effect
  4. Optimized sunshade and light transmission ratio meets daylighting requirement for art exhibition space and reduces cooling energy consumption
