Shaoxing Baoye Daban Green Garden

Shaoxing Baoye Daban Lvyuan is located in Banhu area of Keqiao, Shaoxing. It is a national pilot project of century housing and green residential demonstration project for human settlement environment, consisting of 21 small high-rise residential buildings. The facade adopts large glass and aluminum panel curtain wall system. Based on Baoye SI prefabricated century housing technology, it balances daylighting, acoustic comfort and low-carbon energy saving, building a high-quality lake-side prefabricated housing benchmark. The project won the Guangsha Award and Lanhua Cup Quality Engineering Award.
